अगर खिलाड़ी ने विड्रोल किया और खिलाड़ी को विड्रोल सफल दिखा रहा है लेकिन विड्रॉल बैंक खाते या यू पी आई में नहीं आया है तो खिलाड़ी चिंता न करे आप अपना ई केवाईसी पूरा करे । ई केवाईसी करने के लिए आप अपने गेम खाते को ₹699 से रिचार्ज कर ले ।जैसे ही आप अपना ई केवाईसी पूरा करते हैं तो आपका विड्रोल आपके बैंक खाते या यू पी आई में 5 से 10 मिनट के अंदर अपने आप आ जाएगा ।
If the player withdraws and the withdrawal is showing successful but the withdrawal has not come in the bank account or UPI, then the player should not worry, complete your eKYC. To do eKYC, recharge your game account with ₹699. As soon as you complete your eKYC, your withdrawal will automatically come in your bank account or UPI within 5 to 10 minutes.
